These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ghallah platform, apps, and services (the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms in full; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Ghallah ("we") to businesses for managing car-wash and detailing operations.
Ghallah provides tools for vehicle counting, invoicing, proof of service, branch management, and reporting. We may develop, add to, or modify the Service's features from time to time.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The information you provide must be accurate and current, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Misusing the Service, attempting unauthorized access, harming the infrastructure, or using it for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis per the agreed plan. Fees are payable per the defined cycle and may be subject to tax as required by law. Please refer to your quote or contact us for plan details.
All rights in the Ghallah platform, its software, and its trademark are owned by us. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service under these terms. Your operational data remains yours.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms, and in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
The Service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is in all cases limited to the extent permitted by law.
Either party may end the subscription per the governing agreement, and we may suspend or terminate access upon breach of these terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within the statutory period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by your registered email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated version.
